Construction Update: Crosswood Apartments
Construction at Crosswood Apartments is underway. Drone pictures reveal the beauty of this site, located on Garden Avenue in Eugene, near Matthew Knight Arena, the new Knight Campus, and the Willamette River. The site is being prepared to begin construction of the foundation for this 6-story apartment building, which includes underground parking. The structural grid is also taking shape. Once the foundation work has been completed, the prefabricated cross-laminated timber (CLT) floor and wall systems will be delivered and installed.
