Nicola Fucigna
Marketing Coordinator / Designer
Nicola is both a Marketing Coordinator and Designer for Rowell Brokaw. She brings to the firm strong writing, communication, and design skills. Nicola is directly involved at the front-end of many projects during the proposal stage. She manages the firm’s website and social media and also coordinates the firm’s award submissions and photography shoots. Other projects include revamping Rowell Brokaw’s resumes and pursuing an ILFI Just 2.0 Label.
Nicola has extensive experience in publishing, editing, and teaching. She was Editor-In-Chief of the online literary magazine Construction, in which she edited and contributed to a column on architecture, and has worked for Copper Canyon Press, Graywolf Press, Kore Press, and the Sonora Review. She has taught poetry at the University of Oregon and the University of Arizona and EFL to students in a professional school in Chile. Nicola graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College/Columbia University, with a B.A. in English and a minor in Art History. She has an M.F.A. in Poetry from the University of Arizona and received her M.Arch from the University of Oregon.
