Architects in Schools 2021

Through Architecture Foundation of Oregon’s Architects in Schools program, Serena Lim and Britni Jessup teamed up with students from the University of Oregon to expose third, fourth, and fifth graders from the Buena Vista Spanish Immersion Elementary School to architectural practices and ideas.

For their final project, middle schoolers designed an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in the style of six famous international architects: Zaha Hadid, Daniel Libeskind, Louis Kahn, Francis Kéré, Rem Koolhaas, and Kazuyo Sejima.
