Renee Bailey


Renee Bailey joined Rowell Brokaw in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, Renee attended the University of Oregon for both her degrees. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1999 and her Masters in Education in 2007. Upon graduation she was a substitute teacher for the Springfield School District in the elementary grades. Renee comes to Rowell Brokaw with a wealth of financial administration knowledge as she worked at Oregon Community Credit Union for five years. 

She started out as a teller, then was quickly promoted to the data integrity and loan center clerk positions, before finally becoming the learning and development facilitator responsible for coordinating and facilitating new employee orientations and trainings. Renee is very active as a volunteer for several community organizations including the Lane County Friends of the Birth Center where she is a co-founding member and served as the social media coordinator in 2010. She also served as a board member for the Champignon Association and Tiny Tots Association. Renee is a baker and author/publisher of her own food blog:
