Design Update: North Eugene High School
The design team, Rowell Brokaw in association with Opsis Architecture, has been working hard to complete construction drawings for the new North Eugene High School. Construction is slated to begin in Spring of 2021.
The new, 208,400 SF building will include 52 classrooms, a 400-seat Auditorium, a Main Gym and Auxiliary Gym, and a two-story Library and Media Center. A spacious, 4,600 SF Commons will connect the main entry to the Auditorium, Library, Food Services, and Administrative offices. Classrooms on the interior of the building will look out onto the Interior Courtyard, which will provide students and staff with covered outdoor space, outdoor seating, and green space.
The new North Eugene High School will be complete in time to welcome students in the Fall of 2023.
