Construction Update: Hamilton Walton Transformation Phase II
Phase 2 of the UO Hamilton Walton Transformation is in full swing. Fortis Construction is preparing to pour the remaining portions of post-tensioned deck at Building B and currently framing the third floor of Building C.
Building B will be a six-story building that contains academic spaces, a service center, a package locker delivery center, and residences for 705 students. Building C will be a five-story building that contains a mix of four-bedroom apartments and single-occupant “micro” efficiency units for 400 students.
Buildings B and C are on track to being LEED Gold. They will be ready for occupancy by July 2023.
