Designer, Interiors

Working with Britni Jessup on the interiors team, Lorraine strives to create thoughtful interior spaces that respond to client needs. She has worked on a wide range of projects from academic to corporate, new construction to tenant improvements and remodels. She promotes design that has both aesthetic and material longevity. Drawing inspiration from Scandinavian and African design, she combines simple, clean lines with bold textures and natural materials.

Born to British parents and raised in South Africa, Lorraine has lived, worked, and studied in multiple countries. Her move to Eugene follows several years living in Santa Barbara, CA, where she worked on multi-family and tenant improvement projects with Cearnal Collective Architects and helped design private residences with Allen Construction’s design team. Prior to her work in Santa Barbara, Lorraine studied in Norway, graduating with a BA in Interior Architecture and Furniture Design from the University of Bergen. Beyond design, Lorraine’s other work experiences include coordinating luxury safari in southern Africa, marketing in the UK, and teaching English in Portugal and Norway.
