Alma Apartments Groundbreaking

An inspiring groundbreaking ceremony took place for Alma Apartments, a new affordable housing development coming to Springfield in 2025. The 39-unit apartment complex will provide housing for seniors, people with disabilities, survivors of domestic violence, and people earning at or below 60% of the area median income.

Cornerstone Community Housing is partnering with Home First Development, Hope & Safety Alliance, Catholic Community Services of Lane County, and LCOG Senior and Disabled Services to raise funds and help support the future residents in various ways, including providing food, youth programs, and wellness clinics. The City of Springfield and the Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) have also been instrumental in supporting the project.

Below are images from the event. Rowell Brokaw is honored to work with such passionate members of our community.
