Happy (Sweet) Holidays
Deck the office with tons of cookies Fa la la la la, la la la la
In celebration of the holidays, Rowell Brokaw threw an inaugural holiday cookie happy hour in our recently renovated annex. Staff were called upon to bake 24-36 cookies and bring extra Tupperware.
Cookies included ginger chocolate, no-bake chocolate peanut butter oat drop cookies, chocolate crinkles, sugar cookies, kolaczki (Polish cookies with filling), pfefferkuchen (German ginger spiced cookies), pistachio cardamom shortbread, shortbread spritz, and brownies with candy cane. At the end of the evening, Tupperware was filled with all types of cookies and brought home to staff’s family.
