Office Manager

Jessi is the linchpin of the Rowell Brokaw team. She ensures that central, behind-the-scenes tasks are performed with care. Her role includes bookkeeping, payroll, HR coordination, insurance, and the general day-to-day running of the office. She is also the first point of contact when a client or consultant has a question about invoices, insurance, or similar matters. Thanks to Jessi’s dedicated efforts, the firm’s operations run smoothly and our team thrives.

Jessi’s administrative experience includes Apex Recycling & Disposal, Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative (OBRC), and Comfort Flow Heating. Born and raised in Virginia, Jessi received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Shepherd University. After relocating to Oregon, she transitioned to accounting. When she’s not managing the office, Jessi balances life as a mom with running her own small business, Wanting Memories Photography.
