UO Women's Beach Volleyball Court Update
The first batch of beach volleyball sand was poured this morning! The women’s team was there to celebrate the milestone.
Next up: many more truckloads of sand, interior and exterior finishes on the storage building, scoreboard, and planting. The facility will be ready for fall practice in September.
Will Mau and Rodney Williams from Fortis Construction were on-site for the pour. Project Architect Andrew Cohen has been working with them since the Hamilton Walton Transformation project started in 2019.
