Before/After of OSU Residential Halls Remodel

Fall classes start today at OSU. Welcome new and welcome back old Beavers!

Here’s a look back at three residential remodels on the Corvallis campus completed over the summer of 2024. In addition to fire suppression upgrades and new finishes on the residential floors, the team was tasked with refreshing, modernizing, and creating cohesive social spaces in Bloss, Callahan, and Wilson Halls. New lighting, finishes, booth-style seating, furniture, and the addition or expansion of community kitchen areas have transformed these spaces into destinations. They can accommodate multiple individuals and groups at once.
