Construction Update: Sage Commons
Construction is underway at Sage Commons—a permanent, supportive-housing development—in Santa Rosa, California. Working closely with Danco Communities, the owner and general contractor, RB designed this three-story, 36,000-sf building that will contain 53 studio apartments. Architect Frank Visconti is currently visiting the site. You can see from his photos that the building is beginning to take shape from the central entrance to the continuous balcony that links apartments and overlooks an interior courtyard.
