Construction Underway for VA Southern Oregon Ambulatory Care Clinic Expansion
Construction of the Veterans Administration Southern Oregon Ambulatory Care Clinic Addition in White City, Oregon is well underway! The 2-story, 16,000 square foot addition will provide outpatient services including exam rooms, treatment rooms, care giver offices, and a new lobby that will join the new facility to the existing one.
The structural bones of the addition are a combination of steel columns, glulam beams, wood shear walls and floor framing. Currently the steel framing is up, both for the building as well as for the two canopies which provide covered entry to the lobby from the north and the south. Wall framing at the first floor as well as second floor framing is going up this week, with second story wall framing to follow soon after.
